Fasting

I attached a link to this post. My yoga teacher in Texas told all the yogi's in her classes about this fast she did and she highly recommends it. I tried it and it is very powerful! It is called "The Ultimate Meal". It is completely organic and there are alot of very powerful ingredients, including organic quinoa and spirulina. You can get it on the attached website or at Whole Foods.
Everyone I know has tried it agrees it is a very good and powerful fast. Check it out!

You can also post using your own email and sending to the address in my opening message, but it didn't work for me (yet) so I have to play with it. More later on that.
